Heat 7/10. Controlled Scotch Bonnet fire. The fruit and warmth arrive first. At the fifth second the heat is there. It doesn't front-load. That's the point.
Most hot sauce is built around the burn. OG5 FLVRS is built around the moment before it. The Scotch Bonnet has fruity, floral qualities that most sauces destroy by overcooking or overcrowding. The fire arrives. The flavour arrives first.
Start with a small spoon. Set it down. Wait five seconds. Then decide how much more you want. Works on eggs, grilled meat, fish, rice, roasted vegetables, soups. Works best when you take your time.
